by J.J.Foxe on March 28, 2013

Every saturday I round up a bunch of posts from around the old Interwebz that i find on things pertaining to fiction writing and indie publishing.

Some of these posts are new – and some of them are sitting gathering virtual dust on servers somewhere in the cloud and I’ve happened upon them in my searchings:

The Eight Sequences  There are plenty of story paradigms out there – most of them come from screenwriting!  This is a summary of another screenwriting paradigm – this one breaks down the Extended 3 Act Structure (Act 1, Act 2 Part 1, Act 2 Part 2 and Act 3) into 8 sequences.  Definitely worth having in your plotting armory.

How To Develop Any Idea Into A Great Story  This is a post over at the Writer’s Digest website.  Definitely worth a read – and if you have it, cross reference the November 2012 issue of the magazine.
